We catered the Sock Religious Christmas party last weekend. It may have been snowy outside but inside was warm with delicious food being served.

They had a menu of salad, bruschetta chicken, buttered dynamic duo potatoes, green beans with bacon, and chocolate chip cookies. We also prepared a couple of gluten free/dairy free meals. They thought it all was wonderful!

We did breakfast for one of our favorite law firm customers this past week. They had a fruit tray, sausage and cheese egg casserole, French toast bake, bacon and hashbrowns. After trying the French toast bake my customer said she was going to take the whole tray back to her desk and eat it by herself. 🤣.

Roncalli High School Holiday Appreciation Event at 8th Day Distillery. This was a fun one for us! On the menu was crudités with hummus and our veggie dip, a charcuterie tray, sausage and peppers with marinara sauce, teriyaki chicken skewers, cocktail meatballs, spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips, and toasted French bread with Boursin cheese and roasted peppers. For dessert we had chocolate covered strawberries and Neiman Marcus bars.

The manager at 8th Day Distillery asked for our info and has now put us on their preferred vendor list!

We are so thankful for all our customers, friends and family that have supported us over the years!! It is because all of you we have grown so much. We appreciate each and every one of you! We hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving!!

We had a busy day today! We catered a Thanksgiving meal for a business. The menu was salad, rolls with butter, herb crusted pork loin, sliced roast beef with creamy horseradish, buttered dynamic duo potatoes, glazed carrots and brownies. They also had a couple of vegan meals too.

We catered the meat for the Thanksgiving party for our friends at ADESA. We served the herb crusted pork loin and sliced roast beef with creamy horseradish as well.

We also had made some charcuterie trays and fruit and veggie trays and cookies for some customers as well as our own family’s Thanksgiving tomorrow.

We made a charcuterie tray for an early Thanksgiving celebration. We are taking orders through Monday.

We set up a taco/nacho bar for a third time for a law firm yesterday! They had also order trays of turkey for their pitch in Thanksgiving the day before. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of those because they looked amazing. The customer said they tasted amazing too!! They also said they always love the taco/nacho bar! 😋

Congratulations Nick and Hannah!! We catered their wedding night. It was a pretty location. We had a few trays for appetizers and our taco/nacho bar for dinner. I hope they have a wonderful life together!

Last Friday we made an Italian feast for a small birthday party. We had a menu of salad, garlic bread, spaghetti with marinara, fettuccine Alfredo, marinara with meat sauce, Alfredo sauce, meatballs, Italian sausages, chicken Parmesan and Mac and cheese. 🇮🇹
