Grand Opening updates!

We will officially open tomorrow at our new location inside of Tasteful Times Wine Shop in Fishers.
Come see us at 11677 Olio Road-next door to the bagel shop.

Geist Charcuterie hours will be the same,
Tues-Sat 10am-5pm. We are closed on Sun & Mon.

Our operations for our online ordering will remain the same with a 24-hour notice on all orders.

New at this location, we will now offer smaller items in our new grab n go cooler in the shared storefront.
These items will rotate weekly, we are hoping to get a lunch crowd coming in.

Have a GC favorite item? Don’t see it? Please feel free to message us with your favorites! We will do our best to keep it stocked with the top selling items.

Our online shop is back and live. Don’t forget Feb savings, Promo Code: Love 10% off online only orders.

We are taking Super Bowl pre-orders and the order deadline is Thursday 5pm. All orders will go out Sat by 5pm.

Now taking online pre-orders for Valentine’s Day. You can order our normal items or order new items just added today. Lots of options and we will have limited stock of grab n go items that weekend for last minute shoppers.

We do recommend pre-ordering online to secure your items. This is a high volume holiday for us-we can sell out. This also helps with inventory and staffing.

Please note-with a new storefront we encourage you to come to the store to pick up your order.

We will offer local delivery radius of a 30 min drive, but our delivery fee has increased.

Thank you so much Indy Now for having us back and talking all things with our new shared storefront partner Jonathan Sadler with Tasteful Times

It is always so fun and Jillian Deam & Ryan Ahlwardt are simply the best. They are so kind and welcoming and bring so much energy and joy to our city!

Huge thank you to all!

Our final inspection is this Fri and I plan on opening Tues 2/4 10-5pm with our grab n go cooler stocked. Stay tuned for updates.

Our online shop will open hopefully Fri after inspection. So I could produce some Sat orders. If not-all depends on inspection time…Tues will officially be our grand opening.

Updates:

We are still waiting on the city of Fishers and our building permit to be issued. It’s coming this week!
So plumbing work is on hold, but boy we are working hard.

The space is small and only allows for a cold prep only kitchen. But man nothing short of a BIG opportunity to grow! What a huge blessing of merging into a shared storefront.

Please understand this project is not a full blown commercial kitchen and I am happy to announce I will continue my relationship with Indy’s kitchen downtown. This will allow for those bigger events and when hot food is requested we can still offer that on our catering side! So the filet sliders are not going anywhere! I’ve had several requests for those already just this month…I knew I needed to pivot and continue to offer that! That’s what sets us apart in our field.

Completed:
Sanitary white boards installed
Fresh coat of paint
Concrete floor sealed

This week:
New baseboards installed
Geist Charcuterie logo & signage goes up on the front windows at Tasteful Times.
We hope to start moving in our refrigeration and prep tables and kitchen items in this weekend!

Coming soon:
Plumbing work installing 3 kitchen sinks
Drywall, last 2 white boards, baseboards.
Going back on Indy Now TV Jan 27th 9am with Jon Sadler to announce our new location inside Tasteful Times.
Inspections and grand re-opening in Fishers!
End of Jan or early Feb!

Please note this is our deadline goal-it literally comes down to inspections, passing and no additional work orders added and getting a final approval to open. So this open date is subject to change as we get into plumbing work and codes and inspections.

Hello Everyone,

We are happy to finally announce our big news!
We are closed all of Jan and we start our buildout of our new kitchen space inside Tasteful Times Fishers.

It was so hard keeping this but we are happy to publicly share the good news!

We will re-open in Feb in time for our 2nd anniversary and Valentine’s Day Sale.

We will be going back on Indy Now TV Monday Jan 27th with Tasteful Times owner Jonathan Sadler to announce our move and new location inside the back of TT.

This partnership was the biggest blessing to us in 2024 and we are excited for the new chapter.

Thank you Jon and the whole Saddler family and TT & CC teams. We look forward to this growing business relationship and future.

What’s better than wine and charcuterie in the same store!!!

What will our new operations look like?
Honestly our operations with our web shop and online ordering will remain the same.
Our delivery fees will increase now tho since we have a storefront option now. We encourage you to do free pick up in store-but we will still offer delivery for orders over $100.

We will offer small grab n go charcuterie offerings.
Our normal boxes, boards and party boards will still be ordered online 24 hour notice.

We will see what the new customer needs are and navigate accordingly as our volume increases.

Tasteful Times has a gourmet grocery section with tons of crackers, jams, oils and packaged meats & cheeses. We compliment each other very well.

Happy New Year’s Eve…

We are closed and will remain closed through most of January. We plan to re-open 1/25/25. Stay tuned for updates and announcements in the coming weeks!

Hi friends,
Please help us welcome Kelli to the HC team!
I’ve known Kelli for years and she’s such an amazing pre school teacher! We are so lucky she’s sharing her gifts and talents with us! Kelli has been doing deliveries for a few months now and this was her first grazing table build! She killed it and I couldn’t keep up! So blessed by her joining our growing team!
