We’re celebrating Spring, 5th Lungaversaries, Life in general, friends and family!
Traditional Greek Salad - mixed greens, tomatoes, kalamata olives, slivered onions, cucumbers, feta cheese and Santorini's signature oil/vinegar dressing Mezadaki - baba ganoush, tzaziki, hummus, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, feta cubes, Kalamata olives
Spanakopita - spinach and cheese wrapped in phyllo and baked
Tiropita - creamed feta wrapped in phyllo and baked
Pita - beautifully grilled flat bread
Taki's Famous Greek Potatoes - lemon garlic potatoes
Mediterranean Green Beans - beans with onions and seasoned fresh tomato
Rice Pilaf - seasoned rice
Gyro - combination of beef and lamb
Chicken Souvlaki - chunks of marinated grilled chicken with seasonal veggies
Fried Eggplant - thick slices of eggplant, breaded and topped with marinara
Santorini Tomato balls - chopped tomato and spices incorporated into a batter and fried
Briam- vegetable stew with eggplant, zucchini
Pastitsio - layers of pasta, ground beef, feta, marinara and topped with creme bechamel
Grilled Salmon
Shrimp Souvlaki - grilled shrimp with seasonal vegetables
Baklava - layers of phyllo with walnuts and honey
Galaktabouriko - Greek custard with phyllo on the top and bottom with cinnamon and honey syrup
Included are water, ice tea, lemonade, soda and coffee, decaf and regular
