Yesterday I had a young lady book our location to hold 35 vendors to promote all different kinds of buisness from cotton candy to hair extensions etc. This was promoted by several local news channels etc! Great turnout. They had bounce houses to food trucks to massive smoke grills. Very well attended.

So I called two hotels today and checked pricing on the conference rooms/ballroom space one hotel located on the east side not a very high star rating hotel for their ball room they wanted $5000. The other hotel to seat 100 theater style they want $ 2000 to seat 500 Theater style no food they wanted $7000-$10,000😩😩😩 wow. I must be doing something wrong. Granted I’m not in a hotel but space in general is very high. I say all that to say if you’re looking to have an event baby shower, birthday party, we are incredibly reasonable compared to some of these other prices. Contact us today at 317-833-3178.
