On Thursday, May 5, enjoy a summer evening down on the farm! Join Zionsville Parks and Recreation for a 21+ fundraising event at Maplelawn Farmstead.

Each Barns and Brews evening will highlight a different speaker and local brewery. After the evening presentation, there will be time to mingle with friends around the fire, play yard games, enjoy beverages and tour the historic barns and homesite.

Update- based on the projected weather forecasts for 12/17/21 - we are going to cancel the Maplelawn Events. Last week was soaking wet and we expect the same (or more).

All Winterfest events through Zionsville Parks have been postponed tonight due to weather. Maplelawn Farmstead activities including Indy Brew Bus on Tap, pictures with Santa and s'more station have been rescheduled for this Sunday, Dec. 12 from 2 - 4 pm!

Indy Brew Bus Says its Final Cheers to Brewery Tours, Focusing on Catering Arm of Business: Today, Indy Brew Bus owners, Andy and Megan Bulla, announced that the Indy Brew Bus brewery tours will cease tour operations on Dec. 4, 2021. Opened in early 2012 by the husband-wife duo, the Indy Brew Bus was Indiana’s first brewery tour company. The business combined three great passions for the Bullas - supporting local businesses, enjoying craft beer, and promoting Indianapolis tourism.

Although the brewery tours are ending, Indy Brew Bus on Tap will remain open and ready to serve local beer and cider, wine and spirits. Pouring from a 1974 mail truck turned beer truck, the fully licensed and insured alcohol catering operations opened in 2019 and can be reserved for festivals, corporate events and private parties.

“We have had the opportunity to host thousands of craft beer enthusiasts over the last decade. The support we’ve experienced since our bus doors opened has been incredibly gratifying. We are grateful to our customers who supported our entrepreneurial spirit and entrusted us with celebrating everything from life’s special moments like birthdays, anniversaries and retirements to a Saturday afternoon cheers with friends.

Since we opened, we have seen the craft brewing industry in Indianapolis grow and thrive, with many of our partners recognized with national and worldwide accolades. We want to thank our brewery partners for welcoming us warmly and allowing us to introduce residents and visitors alike to the city’s many delicious craft beer offerings.

At this time, Indy Brew Bus on Tap is better aligned with where we see the company growing. The COVID-ravaged tourism industry has to adapt to survive. This decision was not made lightly. The creation and sustainment of this business was personal to us. We’ve grown our family and careers all while continuing to cultivate a growing and ever-changing tourism business. We look forward to this next chapter of focusing our time and efforts into growing the catering side of the operation.

The Indy Brew Bus Tap Truck will be pouring at the Fall Arts Market on the Circle this Sunday from 2 - 6 pm! In partnership with Downtown Indy and Arts Council of Indianapolis, stop by and shop from local artists! We'll see you there!

In partnership with the Arts Council of Indianapolis, our organization will be hosting the Fall Arts Market on the Circle on Sunday, October 10th from 2-6 p.m.!

Local artists will set up shop selling beautiful, handcrafted pieces of various mediums and music by local artists Meghan Cristeen Martin & The 1900, DJ Cleopatrah, and Mina & the Wondrous Flying Machine will keep the party going!

Local fan favorite food will be on site, as well as Indy Brew Bus on Tap drinks, featuring multiple craft breweries in the Indianapolis area.

Monument Circle is lively as ever this weekend! Be sure to join in for the excitement, arts, and Circle City culture!

Join us Sunday, Sept. 26 for the Feathers and Fermentation Tour - Fall Migration Extravaganza!

Meet at Oliver's Woods Nature Preserve, 8825 River Rd, Indianapolis, an urban nature preserve encompassing 16 acres of woods, 37 acres of prairie-savanna restoration, and a mile of White River frontage.

On the hour, between 1 - 4 pm, bird expert Wesley Homoya will take people in groups of 20 to explore the nature preserve looking for fall migrants making their way south through our city, using the urban riverside oasis as a pit stop to refuel for their journey.

Indy Brew Bus on Tap will be onsite pouring local craft beer, canned cider and wine. Your ticket includes one drink. A cash bar will be available for additional drinks. 'Tour only' tickets do not include a drink. Feel free to bring snacks!

We hope you will stick around before or after your walking tour to continue birding, talking birds and conservation, and supporting Indiana craft breweries and cideries.
