While inflation has affected all of us, our team didn’t feel like it was right to increase the cost of the tents this year. In fact, we haven’t increased the cost of tents in the last two years. We continue to grow every year, but we refuse to ever put money before our customers. Each of us deserves the best quality equipment to celebrate life’s events without feeling like you must go into debt to celebrate.

Our cocktail table rentals, aka high-top tables, are standing height tables (30”D x 42”H). They are perfect for guests to mingle, set their drinks on when they enjoy the dance floor and there are endless ways to decorate them. Lately they have been used more and more to display cakes or desserts.

While the 4’ round table is the most popular when it comes to displaying the cake and/or desserts, you can never go wrong when it comes to a banquet table. We offer banquet tables in 6’ and 8’ so you’ll have ample space for all the sweets!

We want you to know our process so planning your big day is as easy as possible!

Request A Quote: Speak with an Event Specialist

Reserve A Rental: Signed Quote, Credit Card Form, Temporary Structures Addendum (tents only), and a 25% nonrefundable deposit must be paid at time of reserving.

30 Days Out: Remaining balance is due. No refund if you reduce or cancel within 30 days of your event

Two Weeks Out: Final order for linens is due. Send map and/or description for the tent placement

One Week Out: Hoosier Tent & Party Rental contacts 811 to have utilities marked. Customer is responsible for marking the septic, irrigation system and any lines running past the meter

Delivery: Monday prior to the event an email will be sent regarding delivery and a four-hour window will be provided. Final add-ons must be reserved.

Teardown: All weekend events will be torn down on Monday or Tuesday

Reminder: If a specific delivery or tear down is needed, speak with an Event Specialist at time of reserving.

Are you wanting to decorate the tent? No problem! Please make sure you only decorate the poles as the vinyl of the tent will get ruined.

Suggestion: Use clear zip-ties to secure decorations and it makes for an easy cleanup.
