“Coming from someone who initially didn’t want to hire a planner…the Magcial Moments crew was an absolutely necessary part of our planning and wedding day!! We literally could not have done it without them. Amanda and Lora and Ava are amazing people to work with, and just to be around in general. We hired them as our day of coordinators, but they consistently went above and beyond for us, attending meetings, coming up with creative ideas, and effectively communicating with all of our vendors and keeping everyone on track. When vendors weren’t getting back to us, and when things didn’t go as planned during the planning process, Magical Moments was there to save the day. Our wedding party was a combined total of 16 people, and somehow Amanda was able to wrangle everyone and our ceremony started at 5pm sharp, as planned. Not a minute late. Our wedding day flowed sooo smoothly and was an absolute dream from start to finish, and we owe it all to Magical Moments.
