One of our favorite events we've served for the past 10+ years is hosted at High School. The full scale is difficult to gauge from the photo, but over 700 guests were served a 3-course plated dinner in their transformed gym!

Cathedral does a wonderful job organizing their yearly ShamrAuction, ☘️ and we're grateful to be included in the creation of these lasting memories.

We are seriously going to miss Shannan here. Friday ends her time with us at Sahm's after five wonderful years of being our general manager and catering coordinator.
