BOX OFFICE INFORMATION: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Lawn has a “Day of Show” box office located at White River State Park and a box office at The Old National Centre if you would like to purchase tickets in advance. The Amphitheater at White River State Park Box Office Hours The box office is open one hour before gates open. The Old National Centre 502 North New Jersey Street Indianapolis, IN 46204 (317) 231-0000 Old National Centre Box Office Hours The box office is open M-Th 11:00am-6:00pm and Friday 10am-6pm. WILL CALL INFORMATION: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Generally, tickets may be picked up 1-2 hours prior to show time at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customer must have the actual credit card used to place the phone order, a picture ID, and the order confirmation number. Will call is located on the south side of the Visitor's Center. PARKING INFORMATION: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Premier Parking is also available for $25.00 and can be purchased thru Ticketmaster and can also be purchased on your smartphone by registering at www.lnexperience.com. Premier Parking guarantees you a spot in the White River State Park parking garage. * Accessible parking is also available and is located in the White River State Park surface lot; to the left once inside the main entrance. Please enter the main entrance and communicate any needs to our staff. * If you have a Premier Parking pass, please enter the main park entrance and have your parking pass visible to the staff. Premier Parking is in the state park parking garage to the right once inside the park entrance. * Drop-offs can be done at the main park entrance. * Uber, Lyft and taxi pick-ups will be located along Washington Street. * Additional parking is available at the Indianapolis Zoo, the state parking garage on the corner or West and Washington streets or at metered locations throughout the downtown area. ACCESSIBLE SEATING: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Accessible seating is available at all points of purchase. PERMITTED ITEMS: Permitted items are, as always, subject to change depending on the show. Check our page on the day of show for specific permitted items and show info. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purses, bags, backpacks (subject to search) blankets or tarps, beach chairs (seat bottom no higher than 9” off the ground,) binoculars, umbrellas, one (1L) factory sealed bottle of water per person, must be factory sealed and in a clear plastic bottle or empty water bottle, food items in one (1 gallon or smaller) clear plastic bag, non-aerosol bug spray and suntan lotion. NON-PERMITTED ITEMS: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- No alcohol or illegal substances, coolers, camping or bag chairs, selfie sticks, GoPros, iPads, laser pointers, glow sticks, spike jewelry (including spike belts, bracelets, necklaces, rings,) wallet chains, inflatables, signs/banners, knives or weapons of any kind. No video recording or audio recording of any kind. Non-permitted items can be checked in at either information booth for $1/item and can be picked up after the show. However, we suggest that non-permitted items be returned to a vehicle for safekeeping. GENERAL RULES: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Camera Policy: Personal point and shoot cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and detachable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Children: Children 2 and under are admitted free on a parents lap or on lawn, unless otherwise stated. Lost & Found: For lost and found items please call (317) 776-8181 M-F 10am-5pm. Smoking: Smoking is discouraged in the seating areas.
