September is NICU Awareness Month, and I'm so blessed to have been given the opportunity to do my preceptorship in the NICU. I fell in love there and applied for a job at MercyOne in their NICU and will be joining them as an RN when school is done. I've been on the parent/family side of a NICU stay and now on the provider side and I can't imagine being anywhere else.

If you've had the unfortunate opportunity of landing in the NICU, you know it takes its and is a rollercoaster of a ride emotionally and mentally. There are a lot of resources, but sometimes they're not readily shared, so ask if you need help. But this month, I'm going to share lots... so bear with me!
