Graceful Horizons will be a facility providing service during business hours with a small group setting for adults who need an enriched social experience. Needing some assistance with activities of daily living, supervision and protection. Graceful Horizon will be fundraising. The goal is to be open within two years.
This will be Great for respite care providers.
