47 Year Anniversary

Debuts on NBC TV January 15, 1972

with the "Wedsworth-Townsend Act", based on the real-life legislation Wedsworth-Townsend Paramedic Act, signed into law by then CA Governor Ronald Reagan.

The show would go onto to greatly influence EMS emergency service in the United States.
