If you are not familiar with Empire's Calhoun Ranch, it is located on the corner of Jackson St. and Ave. 52 in Indio, CA and extends east to the corner of Calhoun St. and Ave. 52 and south to Ave. 53.

Tack Room Tavern Pulls Russian Vodka off Shelf in Support of Ukraine.

This week, Tack Room Tavern, located in Indio, CA decided to pull Russian vodka off of their shelf in protest of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The decision to boycott Russian Spirits was made on Friday, March 4th by Alex Haagen, owner of the Empire Polo Club and Tack Room Tavern.

“Our voice is small, but together with other businesses, we can show our support and stand united in solidarity with the people of Ukraine,” said Haagen.

Tack Room Tavern invites other restaurants and bars of the Coachella Valley to join the boycott.
