Born and raised in Chiapas, Mexico, Rosalba grew up surrounded by coffee—and chose to dedicate her life to transforming how it’s grown, processed, and valued. She founded Mayan Harvest Coffee to uplift farmers in Bella Vista, investing in training, quality control, and new opportunities for women in her community.

In a region where big players often prioritize volume over people, Rosalba is rewriting the story: championing excellence, equity, and innovation—while breaking barriers for women in coffee along the way.
