New gear in the wild! White scrim today to match the lights!! A-List looking sharp at Warehouse Winery tonight for Dianna’s Bat Mitzvah!!

Oh....this is going to be fun!!! Found a great deal on a TV panel to complete the new DJ booth setup!! 65" class, Full 4K resolution Samsung LED.
Got brave and set it all up in the lower level of the house. This thing is really cool! Can scrim it in white or black, with or without the display.
Working on some video switching/routing options to coordinate with our full screen package as well. Stay tuned!!

We always keep an eye out for new and fun things that we can offer our clients to make their event uniquely their own.
Last week, we replaced one of our old DJ booths. We added the ProX Live Performance Gear MESA MEDIA MK2** facade. Nice, clean looking facade/DJ booth with white and black scrims. Pretty straight forward right?? Right??... 😏
This one has a cool, extra feature that we are really excited about. This facade has the hardware to seamlessly attach up to a 65" TV monitor to the front!!!
Many of our clients put a LOT of work into custom logos, designs, color schemes, and more. We always offer our screen for montage and candid pics throughout the night. However, being able to show multiple media assets throughout an event, right in the heart of the action adds another option for customizing the event in every way!

The full display option will be available late summer/early fall!

Mazel Tov!! to Clara and Maia on their B'nei Mitzvah!!
The rain cleared out from last week and left absolutely beautiful weather for a party! This one was earlier in the day so everyone got to enjoy the patio and mini soccer field outside.
Theme was Latin Fiesta and La Doña Cerveceria is the perfect venue for that!

Baseball was the theme tonight with jerseys and decor representing the great American pastime. Another venue new to A-List parties...Hennepin Hall...formerly Venue 983.

Mazel Tov!! to Mia on her Bat Mitzvah!! A close, intimate group of friends and family had a great time tonight for a Spring Time Glam party!! What better place than Oak Ridge Country Club!! Decor was amazing and everyone had a blast!!

Everybody sees the party, the lights, the decor and dress!
But!! there is a mountain of work that goes on behind the scenes to make it all happen.
We are always trying to make our setup as efficient as possible while still bringing the endless energy and excitement. That requires organization.
Taking advantage of a nice afternoon, Brian went through all the cables, adapters, controllers and hardware that make the party happen and reorganized it into a new, more efficient rolling case. Also did testing and replaced old or broken cable ties.
We always want to make sure everything is working 100% so we can deliver the legendary A-List energy every time!!
