A little blogging today! Wondering how to save money on a Wedding/Reception? Book with Iota Banquet Hall! Sooooo often people who have booked elsewhere (we are deffinately not the perfect fit or choice for everyone, and that's understandable!) call us wanting to know if we would like to purchase their linen, decor, vases, silk flower arrangements, backdrops etc, that they used at a different Venue! Nice decorations! But unfortunately my answer 98% of the time is that we have them all already! 😪 The question after a Wedding/Reception is always, what am going to do with all these hundreds of dollars, many times a few thousands of dollars, of decor I bought? Where can I sell it? Where can I store it? What a hassel. Right? Imagine putting all that extra $$$ spent on decor towards the cost of food and or drinks? What a huge savings!!! Almost all of the Decor at Iota Banquet Hall is free to use! It will pay for a huge chunk of the cost of renting a venue when it's all free to use! And you won't find yourself on-line looking for a place to sell items you will never use again! One silk flower stem can cost as much as $12 full price, $6.00 on sale. (We know 😬) Compare that to the cost of one plate of food charged by a caterer, cost of beverages, etc. Use our extensive selection of silk flowers, vases, decor, etc, and cut you catering/food/or beverage cost by 30-50% or more! The Iota Banquet Hall almost pays for itself when you take advantage of all the items we offer free! We have everything you need for a Wedding and Reception! You pick out the decorations during meetings where we plan and make your room uniquely yours!

*Use of the Bridal Dressing room Suite which includes a large sitting room, two private restrooms, hair and makeup stations, changing rooms, kitchenette, mini frig and microwave.
*Two hours walk through rehearsal time the night before to practice your ceremony!
*Choice of Bride & Groom Backdrops and Outdoor Ceremony arch, all of which we decorate for you!
*Outdoor ceremony seating in our beautiful courtyard located steps away from your reception!
*Choice of several available linen colors for guest tables, buffet table, bride & groom table, & gift table.

The Banquet Hall offers in-house planning for decorating options using our huge inventory of free vases, silk flowers, cake stands, lighting, choice of linen color, and room decor! Or you can decorate yourself using our items! For rent, we also offer backdrops chafing dishes, etc, so you don't have to stress over loading and unloading backdrops or finding and returning rentals from other vendors! We set up, we tear down! Ladies who have booked with us (and those who have yet to book), when you come in to plan your wedding, you can now choose to make your buffet table even more beautiful by adding texture and a pop of color on your round center table using a Rosette Overlay available in either Ivory or Beige. We've also added popular colors of underlays to our inventory to match your color theme! ! And as usual, all of our linens are included with all Wedding Packages! We take care of all linens for you, Buffet, Guest, Bride & Groom, and gift table linens! Linens are a lot work for us but no work for you! We are also adding other decorative buffet items to our inventory, vases, shepard hooks, lanterns, etc!
