Over the next few days we will be sharing details on chefs for our upcoming Farm to Table dinners. Kicking things off this spring is Chef Beau from Iowa City. Here is a little about him:
The idea of knowing no matter the background, what political stance, who you love. the one thing we can all agree is that to be able to sit around a table and break bread and share a meal together is what drives me as chef.
I am not sure if cooking is a passion or an obsession, but I put my everything into creating beautiful simple food and to create an experience for not only your mouth but for your soul!
