Over the next few days we will be sharing details on chefs for our upcoming Farm to Table dinners. Kicking things off this spring is Chef Beau from Iowa City. Here is a little about him:

The idea of knowing no matter the background, what political stance, who you love. the one thing we can all agree is that to be able to sit around a table and break bread and share a meal together is what drives me as chef.

I am not sure if cooking is a passion or an obsession, but I put my everything into creating beautiful simple food and to create an experience for not only your mouth but for your soul!

We're pleased to announce our 2023 Farm to Table Dinner dates and chefs! We are excited to welcome some familiar faces back to the farm and equally excited to feature some new ones. Reservations will go live on Sunday March 19th at 6pm so be sure to mark your calendars and set your reminders. Now is the time to make plans with family or friends as the dinners have become extremely popular. Last year the entire season sold out in less than 36 hours. I am exited to announce my launch of Bread and Butter Culinary Consultants Inc. After many sleepless nights and advice of support from mentors, friends and family.
