Don’t want to use paint? Grab a few (thousand) LEGO bricks and recreate something you love. I love Monet’s paintings. I don’t think I love LEGO this much but it sure is pretty to view!! Wow!

I always tell my students it’s different and now there is scientific evidence! Viewing art in person is a totally different experience! Use this as your excuse to go see art in person. Your brain and body will thank you!!

Moccasin Creek Country Club Dessert and Paint event was outstanding! The ladies brought enthusiasm and creativity to their paintings and the space and desserts were top notch. I’m still thinking about that cheesecake. I was remiss in snagging pictures of all the painters but here’s a quick glimpse at the event. So good!!

From now until June 7, the public may view the art and vote for their favorite. This event is all about promoting art and city-wide beautification.
