A monthly Coffee House, on Saturday evenings, offering folk music, jazz, soft rock and other musical entertainments. Welcome to Along the Way Coffee House!

Located at The Meeting House in Ipswich, MA, we serve the North Shore and beyond with affordable, cozy acoustic music events. From open mics with local talent to curated performances by folk, blues, and bluegrass artists, there's something for everyone.

🎶 Most shows are Saturday evenings from 7–9 PM. General admission is $10, with refreshments available for purchase. Proceeds support First Church

, Ipswich, and the preservation of our historic venue.

Julie Dougherty and Woody Woodward, with Taylor Armerding, return to The Along The Way Coffee house on Saturday, December 16, 2023 for a Seasonal Carol Sing Along. Julie will be bringing her song books to share with the audience, and all are encouraged to join in. Take a break from the busyness of this time of year, and join us for an evening of song with three of our areas best known musicians.
We are at 12 Meeting House Green in Ipswich, MA. Our doors open at 6:30, and show time is from 7 PM to 9PM. Admission is $10.00 per person at the door, and light refreshments will be available. For more information, call 978-350-2487.

The Ipswich based band, Bottles & Cans, plays the Along the Way Coffeehouse on Saturday, March 25, at 7PM.
Playing a mix of old timey fiddle tunes, honky-tonk strummers and bluesy jug band stompers along with originals by several of the group, the popular 7 member Bottles and Cans Band returns to our stage to help us lose those winter blahs and jump into Spring!
With Chris Blagg on vocals, Pierce Woodward on fiddle, Brian Baise on guitar, Jason Wertz on banjo, Tom Petersen on bass, Mark Casella on drums, and Calvin Joss on mandolin, this 9 year old band is regularly seen at Farmer's Markets, Brew Pubs, local social clubs, and area civic events. If you've been drawn in to see them at one of the above venues, or if they are new to you, come down to Along The Way to enjoy this enthusiastic group in our cozy Meeting House environment.
