Preparing a dinner for a client with special dietary needs for tomorrow. We can only use fresh cracked pepper so this is how you grind pepper on an industrial scale. Visor chef ain't got time to mess around with a hand grinder. Grind and get it done!!!!

The 4th always means fresh made Hash to go with the big meal. Steamy Pork and Onions always gets me excited. Sharing old recipes and cooking tips with new coworkers gets me even more excited. The next generation of Capital City Catering is teaching the older generation to cook. Making memories and good food at the same time.
