I’m offering cooking classes for you an your friends an loved ones 25$ a person. I show up with ingredients an any specialty equipment maybe needed. We will make the recipe together an share our thoughts and ideas as I gracefully do what I do best! Interaction an details to recipes shared! So is something intimidating or a dish you just love at a restaurant an want to make yourself? Sushi? Thai food? Jamaican jerk? Curry’s? Greek foods? Gyros? Kabobs? Bbq? Egg rolls? Fried Rice? Sweet Sour Chicken? Chinese Take Out? I tell you what you name it we will do it!

Next up meal prep! So this is for people on the go or people trying to lose or gain weight! Portion control matters when it comes to weight gain an weight loss.
