As we gear up for the new wedding season, we couldn’t help but look back at the past year, we’re seriously thankful to the awesome couples who let us be part of their big day and our amazing friends who referred us to them! ♥️

So, we wanted to make this cool flashback reel for 2023, but man, it was tough. We didn’t want it to be just another run-of-the-mill wedding videographer reel, you know? We wanted it to be a real reflection of what gets us pumped when we’re out there filming weddings. And for us, that’s all about the vibe and energy of California weddings. So, here it is, folks—our nod to the sights and sounds that make California weddings so darn special!

We had the pleasure of capturing the most romantic and culturally diverse wedding at Casa Romantica in San Clemente, CA! It was a true celebration of love as two beautiful souls from different backgrounds came together to tie the knot. From the breathtaking ocean views to the traditional cultural elements, this wedding was truly one for the books. I'm grateful to have been a part of such a special day and to witness the blending of two families and cultures. Congratulations to the happy couple! 💕

Marbella Country Club ✨

Remember that time when you attended a Filipino wedding and it turned out to be the most unforgettable event you've ever attended in your life? The food was phenomenal, the drinks were overflowing, everyone danced (EVERYONE. NON-STOP), some guests did a performance and oh, not to mention the singing! Karaoke singing! 🎤🎶

Well, Chai & Jay's wedding was exactly like that. Packed with all of the most unforgettable events wrapped in one of the classiest venues in California, Marbella Country Club. It was a Filipino Wedding 2.0 if I've ever seen one. You can really see how much they poured their hearts and souls into it.

We are soooo in love with their wedding! From the details to the wedding crew. It was an absolute pleasure to be filming their special day!

The Same Day Edit Wedding at The Harper with Realtime Reaction ✨

If you're curious about what a same-day edit looks like and at the same time wonder how it feels to watch the first half of your day during the reception, you need to watch this video 📺

Vi & Anthony booked us 2 years ago for their wedding that was set to happen in 2020.

Unfortunately, we all know what happened that year...

Buuuut instead of giving up, these two proceeded to get married still and decided to push back their wedding to a later date.

Fast forward to October 15, 2021.

The wedding that was 2 years in the making finally happened and boy were we glad that we waited! It was everything we could've ever dreamt of!

There is one word that describes our boffo couples and why we love them:

Spontaneousititiousness.

(I know that's not a real word but how am I supposed to describe their amazing skill?)

Naturally spontaneous. There you go! Wait, that is not one word.

You get the point! 😅

All we need to do is keep our cameras rolling and they just give us all the great candid goodness!

Samantha & Jorge's wedding was just filled with all sorts of emotions that at the end of the night, we actually wanted to just head on to the after-party just so we get more good stuff.

If ever you feel like you don't need video because you can't be serious for photos, you should think again, because that's actually a huge reason to getting it! 😃

What’s better than a couple owned wedding videography business? ​​🤔

How about two couples?! 🥳

Stella and I are so proud to introduce Gino & Maqui Farr Jose as the new partners at Boffo Video!!! ✨

If you’re as excited as we are, you’d understand the level of anxiety we were at with trying to keep this thing under wraps… EVEN FROM THEM!

We just wanted to make sure that this was the right decision for us moving forward and we had to check all of the boxes before we told them…
..and BOY did they add more boxes for us to check!

We can’t be more thrilled to share this amazing company with these two! As a small business owner, the toughest part with hiring people is to find the right ones who align with your core values.

Over the years of working with them, we’ve discovered how similar our paths have been, our aspirations and what drove us to move to this country. We’ve never seen people that are more driven, caring, talented, loyal, dedicated, charismatic and more importantly, humble than these two 💖

It took 2 years of planning, rescheduling, and waiting for Christina & David to finally get married! 💌

You'd think that they'd be dead tired BUT NOOOOO

They were just smiling and having fun the entire day!

This is exactly why you need to, not only hire professionals but, choose your best friends to be in your bridal party because this day was a total team effort.
