Chicken Tamales in Green Salsa, I used to go over my aunt's house and she would make tamales, I was a picky eater and hated the fact that she would add the entire chicken body in the tamale, skin fat and all. Now that I am all grown up I only use Chicken Breast!!! Come by and get them, they are fresh!

Matcha like most teas is quite healthy. However, since you ingest the actual powdered Tencha leaves you must be certain those are not contaminated with heavy metals like some tea is. In regular tea this does not form a problem as the lead etc do not leak into the water. Chinese matcha should probably be avoided due to the general higher levels of lead in their tea.

As to the beneficial compounds in tea, including matcha, they do actually have an effect. In controlled experiments tea improves artery function significantly.
