Devon recently returned from a phenomenal 4-day, 3-night trip to Conrad Punta de Mita!🌴

"The Conrad team went all out for our group: intentional gifting, authentic F&B, evening events with stunning décor, farewell fireworks, off-property adventures, and so much more."

Some of those adventures included a catamaran and snorkeling cruise to the Marietas Islands, a trip to the spa, and an agave-tasting session.

Thank you to Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Meeting Incentive Experts for hosting an amazing FAM and for welcoming Brightspot to Punta de Mita.

Taylor Hollon just returned from a sunny program in the Caribbean!🌴

66 attendees enjoyed a 4-night stay at The Shore Club Turks and Caicos, where they adventured on a Catamaran & Snorkel Sail, relaxed at the spa, hit the golf course, and spent plenty of time on the water.

A fan favorite for many was the private oceanside dinner, where attendees were greeted with a traditional (slide 3) and an abundance of delicious food!

We had a cozy and festive Pajama Day at the office! Our amazing Culture Committee went all out - from treating us to a delicious breakfast from The Biscuit Bar to handing out special Christmas deliveries from Santa himself, it was a day to remember!

This week, our team gathered at The Constellation Club in Las Colinas for an evening of holiday cheer. We mixed up festive mocktails, enjoyed a lively round of bingo, and shared a delicious meal filled with great conversation and plenty of Christmas spirit—all while taking in the breathtaking city views.

We want to recognize and thank our incredible Culture Committee for organizing such a fantastic event and starting December on the brightest note possible! 🎁

Madison, Chloe, and Dianne just returned from a 4-night program in !

137 attendees arrived at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana for an adventure to remember. From a tasty welcome reception on the terrace and live music to swimming with dolphins, a catamaran ride, and spa sessions, adults and children alike experienced the the best of Punta Cana's excursions.

Before saying goodbye, the attendees went out for a beach-sunset farewell dinner and took those memories home with them in a personal picture frame.

Shoutout to our amazing partners at Amstar DMC for helping us tailor this program into a magical experience!

Matthew's time is spent working behind the scenes to support all of our internal and external efforts...and to remind us to turn things off and turn them back on again. This month, we are especially grateful for his help in implementing changes to our internal software systems. We could not continue to be anywhere near as bright without him! Thank you, Matthew!

Brightspot had the pleasure of hosting our annual Educational Retreat last month! This year's adventure took us on a split program in Ireland. 🍀

Attendees began their journey in the lush countryside, greeted by the charming horse & hound welcome at Adare Manor and enjoyed a stay at the luxurious Europe Hotel & Resort by Killarney Hotels Collection.

After a few days there, the group headed by train to the The Shelbourne in the heart of Dublin, where they traversed the city via E-bike, explored Trinity College Dublin's old library containing the Book of Kells, and enjoyed an authentic Irish food tour.

A huge thank you to Wallace Travel Group DMC for providing their expertise to help make our clients feel appreciated.

The stakes were sizzling at our client’s epic annual Chili Challenge, right here in our own back yard! Nearly 300 chili fans and 33 teams rolled up ready to cook, taste, and crown the ultimate chili champ of the year. It was a spicy showdown you had to taste to believe!🌶️

A huge thank you to Kim Dierks, Kim Fox, Stacie, Steven, Ethan, Gabi, Chloe, Erin, Grace, Ryann, Meredith, Juli, and Kate for all playing a role in planning and executing this event!
