My beautiful island of Puerto Rico...
Tony Hinchcliffe and his NOT so funny "joke" utterly disrespected you on a political platform. What was the point of that? 🤔 Who knows! Whether you're a Republican♥️ or Democrat💙... this was unnecessary and unacceptable! Please make this better! Enough with this division and hatred!

This post is unrelated to my art, and I'm politically neutral but I want to share some images and this is what I've got to say...

* In this floating island of "garbage", I was born.
* In this floating island of "garbage" is where most of my family and friends are.
* In this floating island of "garbage", I learned to laugh, live and love!
* In this floating island of "garbage" is where my faith grew, I built a relationship with my Creator which has helped me live my life with principles and values.
* In this floating island of "garbage" is where my dad joined the National Guard and served this country.
* In this floating island of "garbage" is where aproximately 3,242,204 million of AMERICAN citizens live. Yes, PR is a US territory.
* I this floating island of "garbage", is where NASA scientist Ms. Olga D. González-Sanabria was born. (google her)
* In this floating island of "garbage" there are very lovely fun people, delicious food, a very diverse culture and breathtaking beaches!
* In this floating island of "garbage", people are very resilient no matter what comes their way like bad politics, hurricanes, earthquakes, low wages, you name it... they endure it all and overcome it all!
* In this floating island of "garbage", wealthy American or other foreign investors get a tax-free pass through the Act 22.
* In this floating island of "garbage", locals are very friendly and hospitable with tourists. You are always welcome no matter where you come from!
* In this floating island of "garbage", the Jones Act ensures a strong and vibrant maritime industry, which helps the United States maintain its expertise in shipbuilding and waterborne transportation.
* In this floating island of "garbage", I lived the best and happiest years of my entire life!

I could go on, and we may be far from perfect but my beautiful island of Puerto Rico, please know this... you're not a floating island of garbage! You're my beautiful home and where my heart will always be! ♥️🇵🇷
