Hey Soup Fans!
Unfortunately I haven't found an investor to come save the day, so there are only 2 weeks left of soup sales.
And to answer the biggest question from most of my customers "Adam what are you going to do?" I'm sending my resume out to corporate chef locations that offer a decent salary and benefits.
I promise, I will keep all of you posted on my new post "SouperChefG." life, whether something exciting comes my way or I'm stuck cooking mush at a retirement home.
As most of you know, I've been through a lot of life's trials and I always seem to find my way!
*Side note, the "Bracelet Chef" will be making her last appearance at the market this week and she'll be selling her homemade bracelets again! $3 a piece and 2 for $5...
So, since I'm not "dead in the water" yet, here are this week's soup selections-
*Fisherman's Stew(GF)- Inspired by a famous seafood stew from San Francisco (Cioppino) , it's made with Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp, Blue Crab from the Gulf of Mexico, Chesapeake Bay Clams and Scallops, a Homemade Seafood and Tomato broth, with Carrots, Potatoes, Celery and Vidalia Onions *Sorry Mussels fans, this one won't have any due to lack of supply, but there will be extra of all of the other shellfish included! $12 a pint and $23 a quart
*Mushroom and Brie Soup- This is the soup that started my soup-making soup career and remains one of the best sellers! Oyster, Crimini, Shiitake and Button Mushrooms pair with Triple Cream Brie, Sweet Cream Butter, Flour and more Cream to create a delicious and rich soup that can also be used as a sauce w/ pasta, rice, chicken or steak! $10 a pint and $18 a quart
*Smokey Split Pea Soup (V) (GF) (Dairy Free)- You either love it or hate it, but I've created a version of this classic soup that satisfies Vegans and Meat eaters alike! Organic split Peas are slowly simmered with Carrots, Celery, and Onions, with Smoked Paprika and a Homemade Vegetable Stock $8 a pint and $15 a quart

*Chesapeake Academy- 8:15 a.m. , Irvington
*Savannah Joes BBQ, 9 a.m., Kilmarnock, across from TriStar supermarket
*M&M Hardware 12:30 p.m. Hartfield
*Saturday- 9-12 St, Stephen's Farmers Market- corner of Grove Ave. and Somerset WE WILL BE OUTSIDE AGAIN, NO MORE INDOOR MARKET! Please have pre orders in by 4 p.m. on Friday!
