A 3rd place call at the 1st annual rib off at the Manorville Fire Dept. Thanks to my NewsBytes teammates, Brain and Joe for all your help, couldn’t have done it with out you. Thanks to the Preli brothers Andrew and Joe, great job organizing the day. Some of the best barbecuers on the Island showed up for a smoke rib off. An amazing day.

Well, I did it again, I took care of 30 ladies last night….. fed them brisket, burnt ends, baby back ribs, pulled pork, lollipop chicken legs, Mac and cheese, corn bread pudding, coleslaw and a Cesar salad. The Beading Hearts LI enjoyed some home cooked BBQ.
