The Place on Front will be host to several vendors and Downtown Merchants will be open all around the Square (Front, Fulton, and Eastport Streets) - see list of participating vendors and merchants. Solutions Rx will be offering free consultations and free samples of their supplements!

I want to say this without offending anyone so please don’t add or feed unwanted comments in to it .
The Place on Front was created as a place to hold Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Reunions, luncheons that sort of gathering. Never in the discussions, were kids parties even thought of . I am not against them but my building is set up for the above mentioned situations I have large plate glass windows in front. At this time, it is financially out of my budget to “ fix” this . I am not comfortable with small children playing in these windows I’ve allowed a couple kids parties and the renter has allowed kids in the windows to play ( even though I’ve asked that that not happen) One person came close to being evicted right in the middle of the shower. I do allow organized, structured parties to be held ( ex : Milli’s Tea Parties) where there are activities that keep the kids busy Sit down meal. My grand daughter had her 9 yr old tea party there and the last 15 minutes we let them go crazy with dance in a selected area with adult supervision. I have 5 rooms that store decorations ( I don’t lock the doors because I allow the renter to use some of my stuff) I can decorate for you but that’s an extra charge . Esp if I use my stuff . if you bring your stuff, I will happily set up what I can to help you . I’ve always worked with everyone on the set up the night before. I dont have a set time to get out . I do ask that you have your event, clean up and exit in a reasonable time . I’ve been asked to do sleepover parties . No! Sorry ! I will work with you but I am not a childrens party place . Please understand without getting angry. I might even stay in the building during the event. But I am usually close by shoukd you need anything i am trying to keep this venue clean and looking good for those ladies celebrating special occasions . If you have questions, please reach out .

Baby shower for Alec Carman Carly Whitehead Carman and Emilee Tran has been moved to next Sunday the 28 th at The Place on Front. The amount of ice in the sidewalks and streets downtown Iuka is extremely dangerous.

The Place on Front is an Event center. Available for rent for showers, parties ( organized) meetings, reunions, business luncheons, Etc. It is not a community center free to use. It comes with a mortgage and utilities. I have done 5 free events this past year due to their nature. If you are interested in renting you may call or message me. 662-279-9718. I do have linens and a good many decorating items at no charge. I will decorate for you for a minimal charge. I can arrange catering for you if you’d like. We do not have an oven but 2 refrigerators and a kitchen, coffee area. We can comfortably seat 65 ppl. I will set up tables and chairs and put linens on tables ahead of time. I do my best to make your day easier. Please let me know if I can help you

Really hate that I have to say this. But business is business. I felt this was a needed area for our downtown. Ive had many wonderful renters this past year and have so enjoyed seeing what you come up with. Looking forward to 2024!!
