Well, all the orders have been fulfilled. Shop is clean, and almost tidy. I even managed to save a few blooms for myself and designed this arrangement for our holiday table. Very seldom do I slow down to design for myself. All are “older” flowers but these sure make me smile.

“Hi! I have this HUGE punch bowl. Can you put an arrangement in this?”

YES! Yes, I can!!

She requested whites with holiday greens and gold accents. I had so much fun with this design. I added rose lilies that should be opening by Christmas, ornamental kale, roses, ginestra and more with a variety of holiday greens. I knew my customer loved tulips so I made sure to include those also.

Do you need a last minute arrangement? I can still help you out today and until noon tomorrow.

Yesterday, my delivery recipient made ME smile. She was celebrating her 93rd birthday yesterday. After visiting for a few minutes, she showed me a few of the gifts she was making for Christmas, crocheted potholders and tissue holders for the car. She offered me one of my choice and I looked for a floral fabric. This is the one I chose. Then we started laughing because it matched the blouse I was wearing. Yes, I left with a smile on my face.

I finally found a benefit to this time change ~ it was dark enough to take a few pictures this evening before going home. I took photos of the 4 piece nativity scene and the angels that are perfect for the side of the house or by a fence. The industrial lights shine so brightly.

Well, the shop guard dogs helped me check and double check the winner of the employee costume contest. Ms Aranza had the most likes with Ms Winkie a close second. Ms Aranza will receive a Sonic gift card. The shop guard dogs are watching from the comfort of the house today where they can stay warm and out of the rain.
