Henry Bailey, age 70, of Jackson, KY passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born October 8, 1952 in Jackson, KY and was the son of the late Orlena

Edward Chaney Jr., 86, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Wells Hospice Center in Hazard. He was a member of the Wolverine Methodist Church. He was also a Kentucky Colonel. He retired from the Ky State Department after 38 years of service. He enjoyed doing outside work, gardening and traveling. He was the son of the late Edward and Myrtle Lovely Chaney. He was also preceded in death by brothers, John Chaney, Blane Chaney, Raymond Chaney; sisters, Edith Hays, Cleta Mae Smith. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Hallabee Crase Chaney; son, Chris Chaney; nephews, Tommy Chaney, Phil Hays, Bill Hays, Soctt Minix; nieces, Edith Tyndale, Susan Chaney. Visitation will be Saturday, May 13, 6:00 PM and funeral Sunday, May 14, 1:00 PM at the funeral home with John Bunn and John Tincher officiating. Burial will be in the Chaney Little Cemetery at Wolverine. Serving as pallbearers will be friends and family. In lieu of flowers family request donations to the Wolverine Methodist Church or the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.

Regena Burden, 68, Jackson passed away Tuesday, May 9, at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson. She was a member of the Little Cane Creek Bapist Church. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Geneva Spicer Shouse. She was also preceded in death by brother, George Ed Shouse; sister, Diane Fidler. She is survived by her husband, Russell Burden; sons, Russell Wyrick, Scott Wyrick; daughters, Teresa Johnson, Tanya Wyrick; brothers, Jerry Shouse, Lonnie Shouse, Larry Shouse; sisters, Carol Alexander, Janet Bowers; nine grandchildren. Visitation, Thursday, May 11, 5:00 PM. Funeral Friday, May 12, 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Tommy Miller officiating. Burial in the Spicer Shouse Cemetery, Town Hill Road, Jackson. Serving as pallbearers will be Russell Wyrick, Scott Wyrick, Kenneth Johnson, Seth Johnson, Sylar Burden, James Spicer.

He was the son of the late John and Nellie Manns Moore. He was also preceded in death by brothers, John Moore Jr., James Moore, Charles Moore; sister, Katherine Gross. He is survived by his wife, Hallie Moore; son, Kennith Dwayne (Valeria) Moore; daughter, Lisa Carol (Dean) Smith; sisters, Helen Griffith, Thelma Hays; grandchildren, Kennith Mitchell Smith, Kayla Beth Smith.
