October was a very busy month for us. We thank you for all the support that every person, and organization gave to us to make in impact with our BBQ. November is finally here, and we are setting up for another great month. Our schedule this week is below, so make plans to come and see us, and, make plans to get your Thanksgiving orders in early because we are sure its going to be a busy one. We are gearing up for another great week of service and this one is our heaviest one yet. Come down and see us at any of the following locations. We will definitely have a catalog of great bbq to share.

Everything is a process.
We enjoy cooking competitions. Especially the local ones. We get to put our hard hats on and go at it with some of the best and enjoy a multitude of people and cultures during it.

Our finals were not on point with what we wanted, but we did enjoy the action and put forth a hell of an effort.

Tailgate Anxillary-4th place
Ribs-5th Place
Wings-5th Place

It was fun to kick it with my bros Douglas O'Harroll, Deondra Jackson Marques De'Lorac Walker Hank King Devin Morris and a list of others. Win lose or draw, we are all enjoying each others company. Can't wait to get back in the box in January. See you guys soon.

We enjoyed Blues by Starlight tonite. This was our first year participating and it was great to be able to see everyone come out to vibe in JXN. We were pleased to offer a bbq option that was meatless and still full of flavor. We are working to further expand our catalog to include a variety of different items done with a bbq discipline. Tonite's Smoked Hash Brown Casserole was definitely a hit, and we will be adding it to the catering menu options.

Tomorrow, It's OX TAIL FRIDAY! Pre-ordering is allowed and suggested. We will also have our usual full menu on hand. Come by and see us at Da Slab from 11--2pm Eddie Wright BBQ-Food Truck
