We are looking to add to our kitchen team. It's a prep cook position, part-time up to 30 hours per week. Day-time during the week and evenings on weekends. Apply within at 3575 Francis St.
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will perform basic cooking duties, such as cutting and preparing vegetables, and assist with various tasks to support the culinary team. **Duties:** - Assist in food preparation under the guidance of the chef or senior kitchen staff - Cut, chop, and prepare ingredients - Help with meal preparation and presentation - Ensure all food meets quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow food safety procedures and guidelines - Support catering events as needed **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus - Experience in the food industry or catering is advantageous This position offers an opportunity to grow your culinary skills and contribute to a dynamic kitchen team.
