special occasions or weddings. The answer has always been YES! but I have never had a formal name... until now! I love to help with special events and have had the privilege to be involved in Weddings, Graduations, Retirements, and a few Memorials. It is my goal to add a special touch to any event while being affordable and flexible. Quality is more important that quantity to me and I always hold myself to a very high standard. I take pride in knowing that I am a professional and it warms my heart to hear people saying how much my services where appreciated. Hello and thank you for checking out my story! I'm Andi, the brains and the brawn behind this operation. I am a Jackson Michigan local and have a love for the arts, specifically music and theater and our community. For the last five years, I have been operating Music Notes which is a private music studio and now I am happy to say that we are growing and stepping into the wedding world of event planning. Having over a decade of experience in planning large events such as recitals, concert, fundraisers, private parties, and rehearsals has made me a natural organizer. Nothing gives me more joy than checking everything off of the check list and making sure that things run smoothly.

After playing for both weddings and funerals, I started to realize that the “Common” knowledge for these events really was not that common. I would be sitting in rehearsals hearing brides told that it was “ Their day” and that they would do “Whatever made them happy”. In truth, this is more frustrating than having a option to pick from. It can be overwhelming to not have a direction and know what to do while all eyes are looking at you. This is when it occurred to me that I can help with this. Having someone to help guide you through the choices and to collaborate with takes the stress away while giving the freedom for input.

Our goal is for you to walk away from your event feeling as if everything went smoothly. The guests where happy, the vendors are happy, and the overall feel is one of joy and contentment. We handle to communication for the day of, address the needs and concerns of the guests, answer the questions for the staff and vendors, and try our best to be the “Check List” of the couple. We meet with clients before the big event and cover every detail so nothing surprises us and we keep a line of communication open throughout the whole process so any questions or concerns can be answered in a timely manner. It is my goal to add a special touch to any event while being affordable and flexible. Quality is more important that quantity to me and I always hold myself to a very high standard.
