Shaina Head - Event Manager and Staff

Meet Shaina Head, who’s a hometown girl and a vital part of our wedding venue team since 2022. Initially joining us as part-time staff, she's showcased her incredible talents by stepping in as an event manager when needed. With 20 years of experience with DOC, she has a knack for making everyone feel welcomed and valued. Shaina combines her passion for people with a creative flair, that has been nurtured since childhood. Growing up watching her mother perfect her crafts, she developed an eye for decorating and assisting with events.
Shaina is a proud mother of two wonderful boys. Myles, attends KSU and Ryan attends HMS. She also loves spending her free time with family and friends. Whether shopping or cheering on her son at his sports games, she believes in creating unforgettable moments.
Shaina appreciates Tatum and Amanda for believing in her potential and giving her the chance to shine in this role! Shaina is excited to continue making all events a memorable experience.
