We have a new Tuesday night program starting tomorrow night. It’s a 6 week Core class taught by Lisa Cox. You gave the option to include meal prep and macros!! The class starts at 7pm. $60 for all 6, $75 for all 6 with macros and meal planning. Come start your new year off with building a stronger better you!!
