Event Manager / Event Staff - Sarah Herbert 🫶🏼

Sarah Herbert has been part of The Rivers Ranch team since it opened in 2017, working as both staff and one of the trusted Event Managers. She brings a calm, focused presence to every event, with a strong ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and stay organized—qualities that make her an invaluable part of the team. Sarah enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and takes pride in ensuring each event runs smoothly and successfully. She’s always willing to pitch in wherever needed to get the job done.

Outside of the venue, Sarah has worked full-time for the City of Covington since 2004, where she currently serves as the Human Resources Information and Retirement Specialist. She’s a proud mom to her teenage son, Kipton, who keeps her busy with soccer. Sarah also loves animals—especially her rescued dog, Rex, and cat, Max. Whether she’s managing events or supporting her family, Sarah brings dedication, compassion, and energy to everything she does.
