In recognition of the New Years Holiday, the Office and Amenity Center will close today at 3pm on Tuesday, December 31st and not reopen until Thursday, January 2nd.

However, the Fitness Center will not close and will remain open with normal operating hours of 4am-11pm on both December 31st and January 1st.

Ronald McDonald House Charities in Jacksonville is currently accepting donations for this season's toy drive.

They welcome new, unwrapped toys suitable for children aged 3 to 10 years. Please note that they cannot accept clothing or toy weapons. Donations can be dropped off at the Amenity Center, located inside the gate.

Bartram Springs Community Yard Sale

A list of all homes participating in the yard sale will be posted in Friday's Weekend Update. OR you can pick up a list at the amenity center office, 9am-7pm. Costal Coffee will be serving up their delicious hot and cold beverages and yummy breakfast sandwiches for those out and about during the yard sale, 8am-2pm. Don't know what to do with your unwanted items? Support our Veterans and consider donating your items not sold in the sale to the VVA. VVA Pickup is a service of Vietnam Veterans of America that collects used clothes and household goods to fund local programs and services for U.S. veterans. To schedule a pickup call 888-518-VETS or schedule a pickup online between 8am and 5pm. https://vvapickup.org/
