Get A Pic with Saint Nick!
Santa Claus will be at the Bartram Springs Amenity Center
on Sunday, December 15th, 1pm-5pm for you and your family to get that special holiday photo.
Santa's elves will be there to greet you and take your picture, so be sure to bring your camera.
Have your lists ready too!
You will have the opportunity to tell him what's on your wish list.
The North Pole Ticket Office is Now Open!
Please come to the Amenity Center office anytime between 9am and 5pm, Tuesday thru Friday to reserve your time with Santa.
You will receive a unique ticket as a confirmation of your photo time.
This event is for Bartram Springs residents ONLY!
Please remember to bring your access cards in order to verify your residency.

Dear Bartram Springs Residents,
Just a reminder that the fitness center continues to be open. We were happy that it could remain safely open for you during the storm.
However, we appreciate your patience as we prepare the pools for the weekend. As soon as the vendor has restored the pools to original water levels, chemical balance, and cleanliness, we will announce their opening via email.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during our post storm clean-up efforts.

We are sorry to announce that the Bartram Springs Showing of Hocus Pocus is Cancelled for Friday, October 11th.
Due to Hurricane Milton, we will be rescheduling the movie on the lawn for another less soggy date.

Chick-Fil-A will not be serving tonight at the Amenity Center due to weather conditions.

We look forward to seeing them back on Wednesday, October 23rd.

Residents of Bartram Springs CDD,

Staff is closely monitoring updates surrounding Hurricane Milton and we have finished preparing the amenity center, including securing the pool deck furniture, wind screens, etc.

The amenity center will be closed on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th as Hurricane Milton passes. At this time, ONLY the fitness center will remain open Wednesday, October 9th. We will be closely monitoring the weather and if conditions change and safety becomes a factor, we will close the fitness center immediately.

We will reopen as soon as the storm passes and it is safe for staff and residents to return on Friday, October 11th.

We highly recommend residents adjust your irrigation, remove all flags, signs or decorations from your yards, and secure any outdoor furniture, trash cans, trampolines, and/or toys that could be shifted.

If any changes are made to the facility closures, additional updates will be sent.

Residents of Bartram Springs CDD,

GMS Staff are closely monitoring updates surrounding Hurricane Milton and we have already begun the necessary preparations.

Staff will be securing any loose objects including the pool deck furniture, trash cans, wind screens, etc.

We do anticipate greater impacts in certain areas from this storm. We highly recommend adjusting your irrigation, removing all flags, signs or decorations from your yards, and securing any outdoor furniture, trash cans, trampolines, and/or toys that could be shifted.

We will keep you notified regarding amenity center closures and any changes to normal daily operations as Hurricane Milton approaches.
