DJ/ARTIST SHOWCASE: A.1. ALV

Jacksonville based DJ ‘A1 Alv’ got into DJing during the Covid 19 pandemic and really
never had any intention to let it be more than just a hobby. When music festivals returned in
2021 Alv found himself setting up and running small renegades with his crew wherever he would
go. This translated into a love for mixing and curation. After years mixing underground renegade
style events, in 2025 he now finds himself throwing his own events through his label Rat Trap
Recordings, as well as playing notable clubs and underground venues all across Florida.
Alv has always had a diverse music pallet. Since he entered the music scene in his
formative years till now, Alv never found just one genre that he wanted to completely identify
with but instead submerged himself in an assortment of different ones. From techno and
breakbeat to electro and indie dance; his genre blending DJ sets will keep his audiences
engaged and bouncing through the entirety of the time he is in control of the selections. A1 Alv
transports and tugs at musical emotion in ways that are truly unexpected. He holds nothing back
in terms of technical creativity and raw emotional experience
