Event season starts early this year. Packing to head out tomorrow. It's a first time event for me, but the event has been around since 1933! Any guesses?

Every journey starts somewhere, and ours began on the greens. ⛳️ Flashback to 2022: our first event ever – LIV Golf in Portland, OR! From the adrenaline of set-up to the pride of seeing the final result, this event was our launchpad into the world of event florals and brand activations. Who knew flowers and golf would pair so well? lol

P.S. we’re still convinced florals are the real stars of the show, but don’t tell the players. 😉

“Never lose the childlike wonder…” -Randy Pausch

The past few days I have been at a ‘Luxury Floral Design Installation Workshop’ in Savannah.
My face says it all, awe-inspiring.
For the business portion I walked away with practical advice that can be implemented now and that I needed hear. For the hands-on section, I am empowered. I am letting go of overthinking and reconnecting with fu***ng crushing it.

The last week-ish I have been hunkered down on quotes and mock-ups. Although my eyes are glassy from staring at a screen, I’m so thankful for some new opportunities!

Here’s a look at one of the floral mock-ups I just created for an upcoming event.

I have a lot of weird ideas that live in my head at all times. Doing these mock-ups definitely helps me to get the idea out, most of the time, and the ability to see if it does or doesn’t work.

I’ll show the side by sides once the event is under way!

Day 1 of The Tropical Plant Expo is done and I am totally exhausted. I had an absolutely amazing time so far! There were so many amazing things to see and connections to make. I saw some gorgeous florals from - I especially liked this one, but hang tight for a peek at the She Kong Heliconia. It will blow your mind 🤯 🤯!!!

In other news I am completely talked out and I will be spending the rest of the evening quietly by myself. Not talking. Just eating a ton of Chinese.
