📣📣 It’s time! 📣 📣

We’ve been working toward this for a little while now, and it’s coming to fruition! This is still the beginning, but a big step toward our goals. We’ve been very fortunate for all of the support from everyone. We picked this trailer up several months ago, and despite several setbacks, including a wreck that claimed both axles and some other damage, it’s ready! We’ve been navigating the process of getting things where we need them, where they have to be, and finally getting it licensed with the state for service!

We’ve been invited to Twin Bridges Country Store on April 3rd to serve our community. This will be our first time out and as such…we shall call it a soft launch. We’ll be running a condensed menu while we get our feet under us to make sure we provide the quality that we believe everyone deserves. We’re looking forward to the future and are excited to see where this can go! We’ll be posting to update where we’ll be moving forward. Come see us!

So after so many text.

I will be taking Thanksgiving charcuterie orders. Three sizes will be available for pick up. Custom boards (on your own board or one you want to order to keep) will be custom quoted.
I will have available.

Medium box -feeds 2-4 people eating , or 4-6for snacking. COST $85
Large box (size of a dozen donuts) 6-8 eating, 8 to 12 for snacking. $130
Medium round palm leaf board - 6-8 people $155
Large palm leaf board . 8 to 14 people $185

Last year I unfortunately had no shows for orders so this year 50% is due upon ordering as a non refundable deposit ans other 50% upon pick up.

We help create an environment and vibe for your event. We make sure the drinks are ready, and made correctly, we love being creative and coming up with signature drinks .

We offer a mobile horse trailer bar, freestanding white elegant bars and now champagne or mimosa walls.

We are currently booking for 2024 and 2025. Never to early to start the party planning.

Y'all asked , and its time. From now till the 20th (tuesday), I'm taking orders for Christmas Eve boards. These will need to be picked up by 4 pm. on Christmas Eve. I can also do the 23rd pickup if you like. There will be 3 sizes to choose from.

Calling all Hocus Pocus fans..... The Bird's Nest llc has a HUGE , spooky announcement. After being tagged and ask by numerous people. We will be doing a HOCUS POCUS charcuterie tray for the premiere night.

So grab your friends and family and order one . Please note this is a special one time order board for September 30th premiere night. Boards must be pre ordered by this Friday 9/9/22 . 50% deposit due at time of ordering, remainder due on pickup.

Update board is sold. Thank you to our customers.

So it finally happened, I knew it would being a business owner. I have one xlarge tray that I can sell to first person who wants it. This was a pre order and the customer "ghosted " us. I didnt take a deposit on it as i gave benefit of doubt. So i have 1 labor day tray up for grabs. Cost $150 which is discounted.. There are 6 -7 different cheeses , 6 different meats, fruits , veggies, artisan crackers, you name it.

The Bird's Nest, had the pleasure of making customized "adult lunch boxs" today. We appreciate the referrals and to those supporting the business. This box contained chicken salad croissant, salami rose, pepperoni, cheddar cheese, brie wedges, candy grapes, strawberries, carrots, cucumber slices, small ranch for dipping, crackers, small vanilla cookie, half an orange, and dove chocolate pieces for that ulimate treat.
