Get ready for a weekend of bold flavors and good vibes because Pimento Palace is popping up at two locations, and we’re bringing the heat!

📍 Where You Can Find Us:
• Friday: S&S Custom Exhaust Westside (San Juan Ave) – 12 PM to 2 PM
• Saturday: S&S Custom Exhaust Southside (St John Rd S) – 12 PM to 2 PM

🔥 What’s Cookin’?
• Saltfish Pie: Fried, golden perfection stuffed with savory, seasoned salted cod—a twist on the classic Bake n’ Saltfish.
• Doubles: Soft bara bread loaded with curried chickpeas, tangy tamarind sauce, and a kick of homemade pepper sauce.
• Curry Snow Crab Combo: Snow crab legs and shrimp in creamy coconut curry, served with dumplings, corn, and a boiled egg.
• Stewed Oxtails: Tender, slow-cooked oxtails with caramelized spices, rice, and sweet fried plantains or roti.
• Buss Up Shut Roti: Curry chicken, shrimp, or veggie with flaky, buttery paratha roti.
• Dinners: Curry chicken, shrimp, or veggie (green beans & pumpkin talkari) served with rice and fried plantains.
