So many things to jump through on this home. Seller was the legal guardian for her mother with extreme dimentia on hospice living in another state. Father was deceased but still on the deed. Daughter had all the paperwork as legal guardian but not the court order in Florida to sell the house quite yet. All legal paperwork processed and a closing in 21 days! What a team we had.

These legalities can happen in probate, divorce, inheritance, so many other challenges. But no worries all of these can be solved in time to sell a home with the right team!
