People often ask our favorite things to cook. I don't know that there's 1 favorite but these are definitely top entrees! They are classic, crowd favorites that are beautiful and full of flavor! We love preparing these beautiful dishes loaded with fresh ingredients. For any event, any season - they NEVER miss!!

Hey y'all!

July is Blue Sage Cuisine and my bday Month!! I thought we'd take this month to share some of our favorite things!!

In case we haven't met, I'm Jasmin and I own Blue Sage Cuisine. I have the honor of creating all of our menus and recipes and leading the most amazing team!! I try to personally connect with every client in some way while we're on this journey!

The vision for Blue Sage was in response to needing healthy and nutritious foods to meet my own personal dietary needs. Imagine holding steady to your why and being able to create something that is so much bigger than you! Something purpose driven that shifts the trajectory of your life. (It really works like that - but that's another day's topic😉)

Over the next 30 days, I'm excited to share some of my favorite people, meals and experiences that we've had on this journey for the past 8 years!

Confession.

I love the Dads. They only want to know how to make the day EXACTLY what she wants. We often make a really good connection at the tasting. {Maybe it's because I'm a daddy's girl too}

On the wedding day, we always share a sweet moment - a firm embrace and quick chat. They are so elated. They've just made their baby girls dream day come true. It's the best day ever!!

Dads, today we celebrate all of you.

To all the Dads who share the cute stories and jokes at the reception.

To all the brides who revert to little girls showing off their pretty dress for their first look with their first love.

To the Dads that cry when they see their baby girl and make us all the vendors tear up in solidarity.

To the Dads that are beaming with pride as they gracefully walk her down the aisle.

To the Dads that will bend air to make sure their Beautiful baby girl is having the best day of her life.

It goes beyond the wedding day. It started the day they were born. The first day they laid eyes on them. And it will last beyond their last breath.

Dads- today is your day!! Thank you for all you bring to the world. We love, appreciate and honor you. Happy Father's Day!!

More delicious details from Natalie and Ryan's Sweet Day! In addition to those perfect, portable salads, they had tray- passed dinner options and a carving station!! This allowed an awesome casual, cocktail party style reception where dinner came to the guests or they could go to it!
