Best Boss awards 2025. We didn’t take it home but I’m just so glad to be in the running. To be nominated was a blessing and maybe 2026 we will go again. Chef resume: Celebrity Chef cooked for over 20 celebrities which is still unreal to me, highest guest list to cook for was 1200 people, 10 years in business, we average over 100 plus catering jobs a year, 2 1/2 years as an Executive food truck Chef, worked with Winn-Dixie as their featured Chef 2 years in a row, worked with the Divine 9 multiple times, cooked/catered at the Jags Stadium that was 🔥, cooked and catered at the VyStar veterans memorial coliseum, cooked and catered at UNF and so many other high values customers that it’s too many to name. I Specialize in Fusion Soulfood that highlights different cultures and cuisines. I primarily cater weddings and corporate events but I offer private dinners for 2 and up, healthy meal preps, cooking classes and more! After 10 years of business I finally feel like we are really embarking on who Chef Cam and Co is and where the brand will Grow to.

Where I come from? A little boy that grew up in a faith based home off of 21st and Phoenix where many didn’t make it out, wasn’t the best neighborhood but that’s all I knew so it was safe to me. Long branch elementary, to Kirby Smith Middle, to Andrew Jackson High and ended up at Fscj for their culinary program but dropped out due to not being able to afford college. Never saw this day. But I’m so glad God kept me going! And I see that 7 figures is possible with food alone, I’m not there yet but I’m THERE! 😉 Chef Cam 2025. We’re going to new heights, new levels, new partnerships, more employees and more full bellies!
