Roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese — this right here is comfort in a bowl 🍅🔥



🍅 Roasted Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Combo 🔥

When I tell you this hit every time… whew 😮‍💨 This is that cozy comfort food you need on a chill day!

Ingredients:
• 6–8 Roma tomatoes
• 1 medium onion (quartered)
• 4 cloves garlic
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Italian seasoning
• 1 cup vegetable broth
• 1 tbsp basil paste
• 1 tsp chicken bouillon
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Complete seasoning
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. On a baking sheet, toss your Roma tomatoes, onions, and garlic with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Roast for 20 minutes until soft and slightly charred.
4. Transfer everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Pour the blended mixture into a pot and add vegetable broth.
6. Stir in basil paste, then season with chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, complete seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
8. Add heavy whipping cream and stir until creamy and smooth.

Serve with:
Fresh, buttery grilled cheese sandwiches on the side — the perfect combo every time 🔥🧀
