A bit of a different post because today is our mental health can be something that is difficult or "inappropriate" to talk about, but the truth is most of us deal with some form of mental health issues, whether chronically or occasionally.
Just remember that people with mental health issues succeed in life, they find their passion, they have loved ones, they cry, they laugh, they have to fake it until they make it sometimes, and they are people you know and see every day! So just remember to be kind and patient when you can, and don't be too hard on yourself if you have a difficult time, because you will get through to the other side! Don't let anyone make you feel like you can't have the emotions that you do, feel the things how you need to feel them, just don't let them consume you. Remember there are brighter days ahead ☀️

A little flashback to one of the sweetest intimate elopements/small weddings ever! Lauren and Conor had their closest friends and family come to the botanical gardens where they promised forever to each other 🌿❤️ it was so beautiful! They were a hoot and their whole family was so kind. Just a beautiful day all around!

One of my favorite days will forever be out running a thunderstorm with Olivia and Joel for their overlook wedding 💚 I think about this day a lot, it was so special and they had their best friend marry them and then celebrated with a champagne toast, what beautiful memories 🥲 would you get married on a cliff side??
