Margo's Catering has served the Jacksonville community for over 40 years. 11 years ago our family owned business became the exclusive caterer for the Jacksonville Jewish Center. Providing our congregation with every meal from business meetings, luncheons, holiday events, elegant weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs to take out meals. Margo's Catering can provide our services at any location. Our goal is to become your exclusive caterer.

It’s that time of year again!

The High Holidays are right around the corner and as always, Margo’s Catering is ready to serve up amazing Kosher cuisine!

Rosh Hashanah take out will be available on Wednesday, October 2. Deadline to place your orders will be Friday, September 20.

Due to our extensive in-house holiday schedule, this will be your only opportunity for take out this holiday season.

Finger sandwiches and bite sized desserts go perfectly with tea!

Thank you so much to everyone who came “Home” this weekend for a multigenerational Shabbaton! It was so wonderful to see so many familiar faces!

It was our honor to serve our famous Fried Chicken dinner for Shabbat, complete with Cobbler, Green Beans, Coleslaw, and Mashed Potatoes.

Last night, guests enjoyed Deviled eggs with Everything Bagel, Pimento Cheese, Southwestern Avocado, Smoked Salmon, Lemon and Capers.

A buffet of our famous Potato and Onion Knishes, Mini Pizza Bagels with Caprese, Sundried Tomato and Pesto, and Spinach with Mushroom White Sauce, and our Sweet Noodle Kugel.

And of course, no event is complete without dessert!! So we pulled out all of the stops for our Margo’s Smores bar!

Last night we had the pleasure of giving our 5th and 6th grade families a *taste* of what their upcoming Shabbat dinners could be like!!

Dinner consisted of our signature Challah Stuffed Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Mixed Green Salad with House Dressing, and of course….Margo’s Matza Ball Soup!

We are looking forward to working with these amazing families on their upcoming Simchas!

Half way through Hanukkah! 🕎

Last night guests celebrated with Latkes and Vodka’s at the Jacksonville Jewish Center.

Margo’s provided a trio of Traditional Latkes, Leek and Potato Latkes, and Tex-Mex Latkes!

Along with Salad Shooters of Israeli Couscous, Tomato & Cucumber, Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad.

We hope everyone is enjoying the Festival of Lights, and wish everyone a very Happy Hanukkah!!

Last night the Margo’s team had the honor of participating in the Sisterhood’s Membership Dinner. Our own Jessica Ruby Levine was asked to design and present four different holiday table scapes, while Andrew and Catrina D. Ruby were asked to create a fun and creative holiday menu. We were truly honored to be asked to be a part of this event. It is always a pleasure working with our amazing Sisterhood! A special thank you to Marjie Rogozinski and Ilene Bomser for acting as the event chairs.
