To register: 716-484-3355. That night, you will enter through the Cafe, where you will lounge in your specially reserved space with a complimentary glass of wine. Stroll through our spa services with a brief tour and freshen up in the washroom before heading into the salt cave for slow, gentle yoga. Restorative Yoga consists of slow-paced, relaxing poses that are supported with blankets and pillows. Combined with deep breathing, your parasympathetic (rest) nervous system will be activated to help you slide out of survival mode and into relaxation. Yoga Nidra will follow the Restorative poses. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down with the eyes closed. A guided scan of the body will help you tap into a state of relaxed consciousness. Your mind will settle in a place between wakefulness and sleep. Both Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are appropriate for beginners and all levels. You do not need to be flexible. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, I will guide you through the poses and meditation while listening to soft music and resting in the therapeutic salt, which has many benefits for your well-being. You will find comfort on our blankets and may choose to cover up with them as well. I’m so excited to offer this Youth Leadership Day Retreat at the amazing Barn at Farrington Hollow!
Sunday, June 9, we will learn nutrition, a little yoga, create a healthy meal, and connect with horses. From 10-4, we will be immersed in leadership activities in the beautiful mountains of western NY.

The 3rd Annual “Surprise” birthday party for Izzy was so fun! Surrounded by the love of friends, this group was up for anything, super strong, and excited to celebrate the special occasion. This year, they proved they can rock the poses from the past 2 years, as well as new, daring pile-ups and flying! We threw in some naughty birthday songs, a spanking tunnel, lots of laughs, and the usual circle for everyone to express their love for the birthday girl. ♥️🎈♥️🎈♥️🎈
