Hello everyone! Soon I will be up and operational so I figured might as well get my name out there lol. I’m starting a BBQ/smoke house business that will be available for pickup and I will be available for catering events (family reunions,grad parties,weddings etc) I will be having a benefit dinner to help me get up and running and to get my name out there and all proceeds will go towards the business! The menus will change every other day from chicken dinners to brisket dinners to sandwich’s/burgers even will be doing a surf and turf dinner! The possibilities are endless and the food wil be ALWAYS amazing! Every dinner will come with a meat and 3-4 sides for pick ups and catering events can be discussed and menus will be based on what the client wants! Everything is house made from the sauces all the way to the rubs (and can be made for purchase as well) so please come to the event and help a local entrepreneur and let’s make this dream a reality!!!
