It’s Your Day was humbly invited back to the Harbor Hotel to participate in the 2025 Fire and Ice event. We love giving back and being a part of raising funds for Child Advocacy Program. We brought some fire and ice to the main room with the ceiling draping, decor and lighting.

We had the pleasure of draping, decorating, and providing dinnerware for a wedding at the Buffalo Botanical Gardens while in the midst of a winter storm, but you would never know from the inside of this beautiful venue. It was the kind of escape we all needed 💕

Viva Las Vegas at Chautauqua Harbor Hotel last night to ring in 2025 and Its Your Day Inc. was there to assist with some of the decor and setup including custom made life size playing cards, lighting, draping, ceiling decor, back drops, center pieces, red carpet runway, and custom Vegas spot light. We love working in conjunction with the hotel staff and management. Team work makes the dream work. Happy New Year to all. We are filling up quickly for 2025 weddings/events and already booking in 2026.

Congratulations to Kyle and Francesca!!! Saturday night at Chautauqua Institution was a special night and we were honored to be part of it here at It’s Your Day. When we were asked by the brides mom who is the owner of Francesca's Floral Design to be part of her daughter’s special day, we leapt at the opportunity. The pictures attached don’t do it justice. Our team procured trees from the family property to bring a touch of nature into the sail cloth structure. We also provided our full five piece bar units as a statement piece. It was a first for us utilizing all five pieces together. It turned out amazing. Our gold dinnerware was used on all the tables. It paired nicely with the table decor and all the fresh flowers provided by the families floral business. We also set up a cozy seating area just off the dance floor with four of our sofas. Above the dance floor was our ceiling floral display dripping with all fresh flowers by Francesca’s Floral Design. We also provided and hung all the draping. Utilizing a lift we strung lighting including chandeliers and uplighting. Our Crystal Champagne glass fountain set up was on full display with a beautiful sunset for a backdrop. Also created and provided by us were water color on canvas seating assignments and welcome signage. These were a nod to Chautauqua Institution with the Atheneum Hotel At Chatauqua Institute and the Hall of Philosophy pictured on them. The Atheneum Hotel provided a fabulous dinner and their staff was on point. For a late night snack guests enjoyed out of very own Pearl Canteen Johnny’s Hot Dogs and Sub sandwich’s by Brigotta’s. Two family’s linked by over 80 years of heritage dating back to Brooklyn Square in Jamestown and the lost neighborhoods. It was a perfect night, and we were happy to be a part of it. Thanks once again to the families for putting your trust in It’s Your Day.
