Propel Forward is very excited to announce the 2025 Pistons and Props static event headliner! B-29 Doc

Come see this rare B-29 Superfortress in the air and on display Friday July 18-19th, 2025! 1 of only 2 B-29 aircraft still flying today- Doc is one of 1,644 manufactured in Wichita during World War II. With 141 foot wingspan, it will be hard to miss flying or on display! Mark your calendars now, this amazing historical aircraft will be on display and available for rides-for-purchase only during Pistons and Props!

Ever wonder what it takes to make an airport event great? How do organizers, performers, and aircraft displays find each other? It all starts a year or two in advance with ICAS- the International Council of Airshows!

ICAS hosts a yearly convention in Las Vegas to share knowledge, resources, lessons to learn as classes, and of course- networking! Here is a brief behind the scenes at this fantastic event as Propel Forward attends for its second year.

We can’t wait to share what we have been working on for both 2025 and 2026!

We had a fantastic time spreading the word of the Pistons and Props event, tossing candy and wishing merry to everyone at the Janesville Jolly Jingle downtown Janesville this Evening! Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, and the City of Janesville for a fantastic parade!

A happy Thanks Giving to all our community members! We are greatful to have such a great community and supportive group as we expand towards our goals of an Airshow 2026!

Today we celebrate with our friends and family we would like to say Happy Holidays to all!

As we transition from one holiday to the next, we would like to say thank you to all our volunteers and supporters.

An additional thank you to SJV second grade class for the wonderful paper airplanes and to Downtown Beloit. Take a look at our tree after the Beloit Lighted Holiday Parade Nov 29th.

We are excited to announce our first airplane contract signed for 2025! AC-47 "Spooky!" In 2024, Spooky was unable to attend Pistons and Props due to unexpected MTX.

The American Flight Museum dedicated this airplane to Honor John Levitow, who earned the Medal of Honor in an AC-47 Gunship during the Vietnam War, and have restored as the one in which he was a crewmember.

Propel Forward has officially started meetings and work on 2025 and we are pleased to announce Pistons and Props will be returning for a second year the weekend of July 19th, 2025! More announcements to come!
