An annual tradition around Big Canoe is the Holiday Coat Drive, which runs through Dec. 31. Just drop off coats that are new or in great condition at collection boxes at the Wellness Center, Canoe Lodge, the Clubhouse, the Golf Pro Shop and the Big Canoe Chapel to help those in need. CARES of Pickens County will then distribute the coats to local children and adults. Your generosity can make a big difference this holiday season!

Windstream Outage Affecting POA Amenities

Our IT Director has notified us that a Windstream widespread outage is affecting parts of Big Canoe. For the POA, it appears to be affecting the Clubhouse, Cart Barn, and our other amenities, at this time, however other locations could drop as well. Windstream has received reports about outages from Wilderness Pkwy, Valley View, and Wake Robin. Windstream is currently trying to find a line technician to send out to troubleshoot the issue.

The POA amenities will operate in offline mode until the internet outage has been resolved. We thank you for your patience and extra kindness to our team members while working through this issue. Additional updates will be sent as conditions change.
