Shredded Beef Shank tacos! I used Sharp Cheddar, red onion, horseradish and Roasted Garlic Bbq sauce cause I wanted a contrast in flavor but for it to say WOW!! It did!! So good with the contrast of sharp flavors with the richness of the shank!!

Smoked beef shank!! Thought I’d give it a test run. Not sure whether to shred it and make sandwiches, tacos etc or let it rest and then add onions, etc and use juice to make a gravy with and put over some mashed taters. Decisions.
